Playing Me (The Vault)

🍝

🍝 〰️

In 1998, a ten-year-old girl wrote an autobiography called Playing Me -a detailed account of her life until age 103, starring herself as a famous actress. Today, she's revisiting the manuscript. A stand-up, storytelling, and clown show that attempts to find the line between living your life and performing it — which, it turns out, is even harder to find in your thirties than it was in fifth grade.

Ally Weinhold is a Los Angeles based comedian, writer, and generally dramatic person. Since childhood, she has been performing at every opportunity- which is a generous way of saying she has been making things weird for most of her life. Despite being new to clown and this being her first attempt at a solo show, she is confident in her ability to transform decades of “being a lot” into something worthy of the Spaghetti Festival!
