SOLD OUT SHOW?: There will be a standby list at the door and a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase as seats are released on a first come, first served basis. It's not guaranteed but definitely worth a shot. Please arrive at least 30 mins prior to showtime to put your name down.

AGE LIMIT?: While we do not enforce age restrictions unless requested by the producer of the specific show (will be stated on the event page if so), much of our programming incorporates 18+ content and language.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY?: All 3 of our spaces are wheelchair accessible and have access to an accessible bathroom. 

GATEWAY ERROR?: You likely entered the wrong zip code on checkout. Trying a zip code from a previous address usually works or trying a different card altogether (we promise).

All sales are final including tickets to shows and enrollment in classes. 

The Elysian supports artists taking big swings. There are no refunds for offensive behavior. In the case of sold out shows, your seat may be released to a standby customer if you do not arrive prior to showtime.

TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. We do NOT honor tickets through third party sellers. If you are a reseller, get lost.  

Ample free street parking is available on Riverside and under the Parkway on Riverside and Newell Street.

PLEASE ONLY USE THE CROSSWALK ON RIVERSIDE AND NEWELL TO CROSS THE STREET and please be extra vigilant and cautious while crossing Riverside, which is a busy street near several freeway entrances.

The parking lot next to the Elysian is for tenants and employees only. Violators will be towed.

We rely on an enthusiastic team of volunteers to assist in The Elysian’s nightly events. Our volunteers work closely with our front of house staff in ushering, box office and back of house support.
