We’re back, back, back again with The Roux! Part Deux, presented by Clowns Of Color. The Roux is a day-long event that begins with a backyard-style party and ends with a comedy show featuring talented artists of color performing clown, improv, drag, stand-up, and more! This event aims to celebrate Black and other BIPOC talent, business, and creativity providing a space that is not only for the culture, but also for those who wish to support and share in it with us. The pre-show party is free for all who wish to attend, but you won’t want to miss out on grabbing your ticket to the show.
We gave you a taste last year so come on back for seconds. Come to The Roux and spend the day celebrating love, community, and some ratchet ass comedy.

Clowns of Color are a vibrant and bold comedy duo based in Los Angeles, composed of DeShawn Ball and Jamonte Williams. Their act is best described as “audacious comedy” that blends absurdity, satire, and physical humor—challenging norms around identity and representation. They were named the 2025 company-in-residence at The Elysian in Frogtown and recently performed a sold out run of their show Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell for the Netflix Is A Joke Festival.
Seating is general admission and begins 15 mins before showtime. Late seating is at the discretion of individual shows. Lineup subject to change. Tickets are non-transferable. We do NOT honor tickets from third-party sellers. No Refunds.
