A storytelling PLUS show for women who do not have kids
HOW TO NOT BE A MOTHER is the new storytelling+ salon hosted by author/performer Jessie Rosen – an evening of material by women who are childfree (by choice or by circumstance). We'll feature classic storytelling mixed with stand-up sets, poetry, interviews and more, all by women who are not mothers. Please know that everyone is welcome to attend.

A note on the creator: Jessie Rosen is the USA Today best-selling author of THE HEIRLOOM and ALL THE SIGNS. She got her start with the award-winning blog 20-Nothings and has sold original TV projects to ABC, CBS, Warner Bros., and Netflix. Her storytelling series SUNDAY NIGHT SEX TALKS ran from 2012-2019 and was featured on an episode of ABC’s The Bachelorette.

Seating begins 15 minutes before showtime, there is NO LATE SEATING you may lose their seat(s) to the standby line without refunds.
Seating is general admission - seats are available on a first come first serve basis, from the front of the theater to the back. If you want to sit closer, be sure to arrive earlier.
We will have a standby line for sold out shows 30 minutes before doors open. If there are no-shows that create open seats, we will be able to sell additional tickets.
In the event of a sold out show, ticketholders who arrive 30 minutes after show start may lose their seats to the standby line. No refunds.
