A circus comprised of clowns, Reynato, falls into his own fantasy, bonding him to circus life in an exchange that sends him on a search to find themselves and their place on the stage. Through mime, shadow and clown logic Rey must face the realities of the circus as he meets the clown boss who shelters him, and various circus acts including a sideshow, a strong men with a delicate ego and an uncooperative barbell, a showgirl with an unrelenting Jon, a high wire walker with a drinking problem and an elephant with gastrointestinal issues.
